Supported Child's Pose

  • Keep your spine in healthy flexion

  • Gently stretches the back muscles, glutes, and quadriceps muscles

  • Helps relieve back pain

  • Helps soothe anxiety and restlessness

*Tip 1: If you are unable to bend your knees enough to support this pose, substitute supported forward fold or supported half frog.

**Tip 2: If your hips don’t come all the way to your heels or you feel strain in your knees, place folded blankets in the back of your knees for support.
